Process management is changing, and Business Process Management itself is changing how enterprises do business. Dana Gardner (INTERARBOR SOLUTIONS) leads a panel discussion on current and future trends, joined by Malcolm Ross, Director of Product Management at Appian, Olivia Trilles, Chief Operations Officer for AuraPortal, and Chris Horak, Global Head of Business Process Platform Marketing at SAP.

DG: “As enterprises seek to improve their productivity and agility, Business Process Management (BPM) has proven a unifying influence. I think that over the past 20 years many IT trends have now finally brought us to the point where businesses can focus on process efficiency, and not necessarily get lost in the weeds of technological components and platforms. I’m curious about how BPM suites fit into today’s enterprise, what problems BPM is solving now, and perhaps how that is different from the past.”
